I just finished my first full year of doing business with the Beilman Consulting Group 
and the results were amazing. With their help I was able to lower my cost of goods 
sold by 3.2%, which on my volume saved well over $100K in real dollars.  For 
the first time in 23 years of buying bakery ingredients, I feel as though I have 
some control of my costs instead of being the victim of other's control.  I put in 
a second bakery this year and the savings from this program for the next couple 
of years will pay for the new bakery with no money out of my pocket or perhaps 
another bakery in the future.
